Abstract

Objective: To compare the effects of a globulin-rich protein source versus HSA supplementation in freeze, thaw and post-thaw solutions during control-rate blastocyst cryopreservation.
Design: Murine in vitro embryo freeze-thaw and thaw-survival study. Restrospective study of frozen human blastocyst thaw-survival and impantation rates.
Setting: Academic ART laboratory.
Patient(s): Twenty-eight patient couples undergoing frozen embryo transfer (FET).
