Major Water Leak in an Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Laboratory: Emergency Response and Aftermath
In 1990, our Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory was constructed by retrofitting existing space in Greenville Memorial Hospital. In 1995, the laboratory was remodeled into a Class 100 Cleanroom with an adjacent Anteroom (1,2). The Anteroom is adjacent to the ART Operating Room (OR) where oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers are performed.
